days of receiving the product

Clear
photos or videos of the item(s) showing the issue

brief description of the problem

We will review your request and handle it accordingly.

 

🚫 Returns Are Not Accepted For:

Buyer’s
remorse (e.g., changed mind)

Wrong
shipping address entered during checkout

Delays
due to customs or uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics,
etc.)

Products
received without reported issue (we do not accept general returns)

Refunds are usually processed within 14–30 business days
after approval. Reshipments may take additional time based on product
